United Security Life offers flexible protection to individuals with their Income Security plan. Any time a covered sickness or accident results in total and continuous disability before age 65 and as long as your are working as defined by their policy, you can be eligible for benefits. These benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance benefits you may be eligible for.  In addition, you will be insured for illness or injuries arising out of employment or occupation.

Benefits Include:

• Choice of benefits from $400 to $3000, waiting periods or 7  to 90 days, benefit period of 6 months to 60 months.
• $2500 accidental death benefit
• No restrictions on how you use the money
• 24 hour coverage on or off the job.
• Hospitalization rider 0 while hospitalized as a result of a covered injury or sickness, the monthly benefit will double. ( 60 day max.)
• Open to working and self employed individuals aged 18 to 59. Renewable to age 65.
