NET - HMO Network
IND - Traditional Comprehensive Major Medical with deductible and coinsurance. No preferred network.
PPO - Preferred Provider Option - Freedom of choice of doctors and hospitals, higher reimbursement rates if you use preferred provider.
POS - Point of Service Plan - You select a primary care physician, when you obtain service form that physician, you receive much higher level of benefits than if out of network.
HMO - You select a primary care physician, you are not covered unless you receive treatment or a referral for treatment from that Doctor.
SRG. - Hospital Surgical Plan - This type of Plan covers only inpatient and surgical charges. Just click on the carrier to see more.
While several carriers offer group plans at 2 employees, they are not competitive offers of insurance. Many
of those carriers will load rates as much as 300% for the 2 person group.
